Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is one of the popular law entrance exams conducted by 18 National Law Universities (NLUs) rotationally. It is the all India level law common entrance exam for the students seeking admission in integrated LL.B. and LL.M. programme. Every year, the CLAT is conducted on second Sunday of the May month. CLAT Scores are considered by various private law colleges and government undertaking colleges across the country.

CLAT 2018 eligibility criteria will define the minimum qualification requirement, percentage of marks and age criteria to appear in the CLAT exam. The eligibility for undergraduate courses is given below:
- Age Criteria: There will be no upper age limit to apply for CLAT 2018.
- Qualification Eligibility: The candidate will be considered eligible for CLAT if he/she has passed the 12th examination with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates appearing the 12th examination in March/April will also be eligible for CLAT 2018. Such candidates have to produce the proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.
Pearson VUE on behalf of USA based Law School Admission Council (LSAC) had announced Law School Admission Test (LSAT) India on October 3, 2018. The online registration process for LSAT India application form 2018 has begun on October 4. LSAT India 2018 is a law entrance exam conducted offline (paper-pencil based) for admissions to five-year integrated undergraduate and two-year postgraduate law programmes in over 85 law schools of India. LSAT India is a standardized test of reading and reasoning skills will be conducted on May 20, 2018. The paper-pencil based law school admission test for India will have as many as 100 questions and are to be attempted within two hours and twenty minutes (140 minutes). Candidates seeking admissions in the undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes across the participating Indian law schools were needed to apply for LSAT India 2018 by May 4.

LSAT India Eligibility Criteria 2018
Pearson VUE has notified LSAT India 2018 eligibility criteria on October 3, 2017 for those seeking admissions through the law school admission test. As per the eligibility criteria of LSAT India 2018, applicants need to be a citizen of India and should have qualified 12th board examination of 10+2 education system of CBSE or any other equivalent education board, if applying for undergraduate law programmes including BA LLB. Those applying for postgraduate law programmes including LLM need to be an LL.B degree holder with minimum qualifying marks. The qualifying marks, however, shall vary for each of the participating colleges across India.
